Job Summary
Regional Scheduling Specialist responsible for dedicated scheduling support for assigned regional customer accounts, coordinating and securing client training, and working cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Safety, Client Services, and internal schedulers to ensure timely, accurate scheduling and a best-in-class customer experience. Requires strong communication, ability to navigate a matrixed organization, knowledge of regulatory requirements, and ability to optimize scheduling solutions within FlightSafety’s learning-center network.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or one (1) – two (2) years’ related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- One (1) – two (2) years’ experience in related field such as customer service, client experience, account management, scheduling, hospitality, healthcare administration, logistics coordination.
