Job Summary
Establish best practices in your region by driving personal sales while building a dedicated field sales team from the ground up in Oslo, Bergen, or Trondheim. Lead and recruit new sellers, implement sales strategies, and manage the achievement of the sales budget. You will shape a new department from the start, supported by existing Homely processes, with a focus on establishing a functional sales team in your assigned location.
Required Qualifications
- Solid erfaring fra sikkerhetsbransjen
- Et etablert nettverk innen feltsalg i Norge
- Gode kommunikasjonsferdigheter på norsk, både skriftlig og muntlig
- Førerkort klasse B
- Disponerer egen bil
- Tilfredsstillende og uttømmende politiattest
