Job Summary
Lead the transformation and growth of PepsiCo's North DSD Region by delivering ambitious volume, revenue, profit, and market share goals through inspiring teams and executing winning commercial strategies. Champion world-class execution across all sales channels to maximize returns by optimizing investments, resources, operating expenses, and route profitability. Build a high-performing organization by empowering leaders, fostering engagement, and creating a strong succession pipeline while translating national business priorities into powerful regional action plans. Bring together diverse teams across Sales, Finance, HR, Supply Chain, and other functions to break barriers, solve challenges, and accelerate results through digital tools and data-driven insights. Foster a culture of safety, compliance, and accountability while proactively managing risks and ensuring positive labor relations across the region.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales Leadership, preferably as a Regional Sales Director or equivalent commercial leadership role
- Strong field sales leadership experience with a track record of delivering sustainable business growth
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing large, diverse organizations
- Demonstrated success driving business transformation, change management, and capability-building initiatives
- Experience translating commercial strategies into execution plans that deliver measurable business results
- Ability and willingness to travel extensively on a regular basis across the region to drive business performance and maintain strong field engagement
- Geographic mobility and willingness to relocate or assume assignments in different locations based on business needs and career opportunities
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Fluent English (written and verbal)
