Job Summary
Regional Sales Specialist for Northern & Western Virginia leading demand creation, account development, and clinical/economic value messaging across EP labs and hospitals. You’ll develop a regional pipeline, run evaluations and trials, coordinate with clinical and commercial partners, and drive adoption of JJMT EP products (including CARTO 3) through competitive conversions and multi-facility account management. Travel ~80% within the region; expect hospital credentialing, live patient case environment, and cross-functional collaboration with Territory Managers, Clinical teams, and Commercial leadership to achieve sales objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in healthcare or B2B sales
- 2+ years successful sales experience (medical device or healthcare preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to handle product questions and objections using structured sales methodologies
- Strong communication with clinical and administrative stakeholders
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and CRM systems
- Valid driver’s license; ability to meet hospital credentialing and travel requirements
