Job Summary

Regional Sales Specialist roles focus on executive-level support throughout the aircraft sales process. Responsibilities include preparing customer proposals with updated pricing and branding, drafting sales documents (deal sheets, cost of operations, range maps, sales contracts, payment schedules), assisting with letters of intent and sales agreements, maintaining accurate CRM data for actively engaged accounts, organizing customer visits and meetings, coordinating CRM campaign objectives and mailings, building invitations using marketing software, researching customer/prospect information, coordinating flight demonstrations, and supporting travel and events logistics. The role requires CRM proficiency (prefer Salesforce), strong communication, project coordination across internal teams (sales, marketing, operations), and the ability to manage marketing campaigns, invitations, and event-related activities. Travel up to 25% and ability to work with international time zones are expected.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in business or marketing or equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
  • 2 years sales, marketing, hospitality, aviation, or administrative sales support experience.
