Job Summary
Regional Sales Specialist (CMF) drives growth in a multi-state West Coast territory by increasing market adoption of Acumed products among hospitals and surgeons; conducts field sales calls including operating room consultations, builds relationships with key institutions and surgeons, collaborates on product features and selling strategies, provides post-sale support and training, and ensures compliance with AdvaMed Code of Conduct while mentoring ISCs and sales reps.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, medical discipline, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of successful sales experience; CMF experience preferred
- Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with physicians and surgical staff
- Solid understanding of regional markets and business practices
- Strategic thinker with teamwork, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Proven experience building relationships with surgeons and hospitals
- Knowledge of sales, marketing strategies, product demonstrations, and selling techniques
- Comfortable working in operating room and emergency environments
- Ability to obtain required hospital credentialing
