Job Summary
Regional Sales Representative focused on the San Francisco region with remote work capability. Develops and maintains client relationships, provides consultative roofing service solutions, identifies new business opportunities through prospecting and networking, and communicates value propositions to strengthen the company’s position in the territory. Requires outside sales experience (2+ years), ability to work remotely, knowledge of the local community, proficiency in Excel/Word, strong communication skills, and willingness to perform in-person roofing-related activities as needed. Compensation includes a base salary with uncapped bonuses and growth potential; benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, car allowance, and company-provided equipment.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of outside sales experience
- Willing and able to work remotely
- Knowledgeable about the local community in your assigned territory
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Authorized to work in the US
- Able to climb ladders to rooftops
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word; ability to do extensive research on the Internet
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Team-oriented, energetic, enthusiastic, self-motivated, with a business development mindset
