Job Summary
Regional Sales Representative for Roofing Systems & Coatings focused on owning a defined New Jersey territory. Responsible for prospecting through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and field activity to target commercial/industrial facilities, identifying reroofing/restoration opportunities, and closing high-value deals. Build and execute a strategic territory plan to grow recurring revenue, maintain a robust pipeline, and demonstrate ROI through lifecycle cost savings. Conduct roof assessments/site inspections, recommend coating/roofing solutions, and drive ongoing service programs with a strong emphasis on accountability, autonomy, and uncapped earnings potential. Requires independent work, travel within the territory, and strong communication/presentation/negotiation skills to exceed targets and develop long-term customer relationships.
Required Qualifications
- Proven success in B2B sales (hunter role required)
- Strong track record of closing new business
- Experience in roofing, coatings, construction, or building products preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage a territory
- High energy, competitive mindset, and strong work ethic
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
