Job Summary
Regional Sales Representative responsible for driving growth in the flexible packaging industry by prospecting new customers, delivering quotes, writing orders, and servicing existing clients. Must understand color nuances and production processes, coordinate plant visits, communicate pricing changes, and travel as needed. Requires a valid driver’s license and ability to travel; includes in-person sales, quotes, order writing, and collaboration across teams to ensure customer satisfaction and market expansion.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Willingness to travel
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Technical understanding of printing and flexible packaging
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to quote jobs and write orders
