Regional Sales Representative - ID ( WA or OR)

Job Summary
Own and grow sales across the North USA for ODRA's premium street-sweeping equipment. Lead customers through the full sales cycle from initial meetings and on-site demonstrations to proposals, pricing, specifications, and delivery coordination. Manage bids and public procurement opportunities, maintain an organized CRM-driven pipeline, provide post-sale support, stay current on product updates and industry trends, and travel regionally to engage municipalities, public works teams, contractors, and dealers with independent initiative and field-based demonstrations.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of outside sales experience (municipal, industrial, or heavy-equipment sales preferred)
- Proven ability to manage a territory, conduct demos, and close complex deals
- Experience working with public procurement processes or contractor purchasing
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently across a multi-state territory
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
