Job Summary
Regional Sales Representative for LAGO products in Commercial Water Dispensing, Ice, and Residential Water Filtration. Develop and manage dealer relationships across designated territory, sign and grow dealers, and hit sales targets. Represent at major industry shows (KBIS, WQA, AquaTech, WEFTEC, NAMA) and collaborate with Training, Marketing, Customer Service, and Operations to ensure dealer growth. Requires 5–15 years of field sales in the water industry, a drive to grow career and earnings, and disciplined performance within a corporate structure. Expect 100% business travel to shows and customer visits. Salary range $105,000–$155,000 with competitive base and uncapped bonus, plus sign-on bonus for relevant Water Industry Experience and full benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Deep, current knowledge of the Water Industry
- 5 to 15 years selling in the field
- Dealer relationships in Commercial Water Dispensing, Ice, and Residential Water Filtration
- Ability to grow and develop territory
