Job Summary
Regional Sales Representative responsible for signing up teams for Ballparks of America and Sho-Me Baseball tournaments. Develop relationships with teams, leagues, clubs, and baseball organizations; work with Ballparks Ambassadors; use CRM to track sales activity and communicate history; participate in weekly meetings and sales initiatives; represent the venue at trade shows, job fairs, community meetings, and other events; stay informed on travel baseball in the region; maintain confidentiality of information; understand the Ballparks experience and drive sales to meet revenue goals through outreach to teams, coaches, parents, leagues, and clubs; teamwork and cross-functional collaboration with Sales & Marketing Manager and ambassadors are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Skilled at identifying and creating opportunities or promotions to deliver revenue goals.
- Must have excellent interpersonal, problem solving and negotiating skills.
- Must be a team player and deadline-driven.
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be able to work a flexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends, holidays and long hours).
