Job Summary
Regional Sales Manager focused on capital equipment sales across Central/Midwest US with remote work option; manages direct sales to end users, EPCs, OEMs, integrators, and distributors. Oversees third-party manufacturer representatives to achieve sales objectives, forecasts sales, prepares budgets, and develops pricing strategies. Identifies new product opportunities and tracks market/competitor trends. Coordinates with marketing, engineering, and project management teams. Updates sales opportunities weekly in CRM (NetSuite). Engages clients via Zoom, in-person visits, trade shows, and presentations. Requires a Bachelor’s degree (preferred) and 5–7 years of sales experience in Capital Equipment/OEM; willingness to travel 50%. Remote, Territory is Central/Midwest, with potential Canada.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 5–7 years of proven sales experience in Capital Equipment/OEM
- Selling to EPCs, Engineering firms, Design/Build, GCs, etc.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in CRM (NetSuite preferred), Excel, Zoom/Microsoft Teams
- Willingness to travel 50%
