Job Summary
Regional Sales Manager leads a 15- to 20-person Area Sales Manager team in the Northeast US to grow funded deals by partnering with dealers. Focus is on consultative sales and management, onboarding and developing ASMs, coaching to improve core selling skills, executing the Five Step Sales Process, field visits, performance reviews, and driving dealer adoption of the Western Funding program as a preferred lender.
