Job Summary
Manage day-to-day sales floor operations by hiring, training, and mentoring a team of 20-30 Sales Representatives and Supervisors. Set monthly team goals, lead weekly meetings, and provide coaching on calls to drive performance. Spend 80% of time on the sales floor conducting presentations, selling products, and developing new dealers while enforcing minimum expectations. Call independent and franchise dealers to identify untapped markets and implement company policies. Participate in marketing events as needed to support business growth strategies.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years sales management experience leading a team
- 3 years + of sales, marketing, auto finance and banking expertise
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a closely related field
- Bachelor's Degree or better
- Qualified Candidates must live in region and work in the office
Desired Qualifications
- High energy and with excellent verbal and written communication skill
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint and various sales software applications
- Strong computer skills, telephone management, and adaptability to new technology
