Job Summary
Lead the in-store execution strategy across the assigned state, manage a regional retail account from an operational perspective, and mentor a high-performing team of field sales representatives. Develop and implement merchandising, planogram compliance, and promotional activation to maximize brand visibility; serve as a strategic partner to the Key Account Manager for a regional retail chain; analyze shopper behavior and market dynamics to inform actionable sales strategies; build relationships with operative managers and stakeholders and drive ownership and accountability across the team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
