Job Summary
Regional Sales Manager USA responsible for developing and executing strategic sales initiatives across a designated geographic region for Krux in the drilling/mining sector. Drive revenue growth by expanding the existing client base and acquiring new customers through SaaS solutions, including technical product demonstrations, collaboration with Technical Account Managers and Customer Success, and participation in trade shows, webinars, and technical documentation. Lead business development strategy, identify regional growth opportunities, manage relationships with enterprise clients, and collaborate with marketing, product, and global sales teams. Maintain CRM pipeline, contribute to product roadmaps, and travel up to 30% with hybrid office arrangement in Salt Lake City, UT.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in commerce, Engineering, or Geology or equivalent industry experience
- 5+ years in SaaS sales or drilling/mining industry
- Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot or similar)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently with little direction
- Leadership or mentoring experience desirable
- Travel up to 30%, including possible overseas travel
