Regional Sales Manager- US Northeastern Region

Job Summary
Lead growth in Teledyne HiRel and Micropac product lines in the aerospace and defense markets across the US Northeastern Region. Develop and execute market strategies to achieve sales goals; identify and cultivate relationships with current and potential customers; deliver compelling technical presentations and proposals to close deals; manage sales forecasting, planning, and reporting; collaborate with marketing, sales support, and distributor networks; train and support manufacturer representatives and franchised distributors; travel within the Northeast region to meet objectives; maintain awareness of industry trends and government regulations. Requires strong technical sales skills, experience in semiconductor sales (RF/power, modules/hybrids, optocouplers), experience in aerospace/defense, excellent communication, ability to influence decision-makers, and a US citizen able to obtain government security clearance. Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Strong technical sales skills and ability to influence decision-makers
- 5+ years of experience in semiconductor sales
- Familiarity with RF semiconductors, power semiconductors, modules/hybrids, and optocouplers
- Experience in aerospace and defense industry
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proven ability to manage large territories and diverse product lines
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
- Ability to travel within the Northeast region
Additional Requirements
- Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain and maintain a government security clearance
