Job Summary
Regional Sales Manager for Unistrut Construction in the Texas region, reporting to the Vice President of Sales. Build relationships with general contractors and subcontractors to drive revenue, collaborate with estimating and project management to identify opportunities, read blueprints to clarify scope, assist estimators with bids and quotes, negotiate and close contracts, and travel about 50% to engage key projects in healthcare and data-center markets. Leverage design, engineering, fabrication, and installation services to present solutions, work with OEM and Data Center teams on targeted opportunities, and use Salesforce to track opportunities and hand off to estimating. Grow the region through strategic account management, bid activity, and vertical-market knowledge, while maintaining an autonomous, results-driven approach within Atkore’s broader sales strategy.
Required Qualifications
- Five or more years of construction sales, project management, or estimating experience
- Ability to travel 50% of the time
- Technical aptitude with blueprints and specifications
- Understanding of construction bid/tender processes
- Autonomy with accountability for results
- Established customer relationships in healthcare or data centers (ideally in Texas)
