Job Summary
Regional Sales Manager in Kyiv, responsible for planning and executing sales activities to drive growth and market leadership for RATIONAL in the assigned region. Promote iCombi Pro and iVario Pro at events, develop operative plans, conduct cooking shows and culinary training, build a long-term partner/dealer network, coordinate sales and marketing activities, and provide after-sales support. Requires strong culinary background, HoReCa sales experience, a ready-to-build customer network, fluent Ukrainian and English (B1), driver’s license, and willingness to travel ~50% within the region.
Required Qualifications
- Strong culinary background
- Experience as a Sales Manager in the kitchen equipment industry is beneficial
- Sales experience in the HoReCa market
- Outgoing and convincing personality to build customer relationships
- Self-reliant, solution-oriented with outstanding team skills
- Fluency in Ukrainian and English (English at a minimum of B1 level)
- Computer literacy
- Valid driver’s license
- Travel frequency ~50% within the region
