Job Summary
The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for developing and executing annual territory growth plans, strengthening relationships with independent sales representatives, and ensuring effective market coverage. Key duties include identifying market opportunities, collaborating with internal teams to provide customer-aligned solutions, maintaining market awareness, and managing a pipeline of opportunities. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree and have over 5 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in commercial construction or technical sales.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent sales experience
- 5+ years of sales experience, preferably within commercial construction or technical sales
- Experience working with independent representative networks
- Territory sales management experience
