Job Summary
Lead and inspire a sales team as Regional Sales Manager to drive revenue growth by developing and executing growth strategies, managing distribution channels, and nurturing new business accounts and partnerships. Collaborate with the executive team on short- and long-term plans, prepare annual business plans, and instill an accountable sales culture. Role requires overnight travel and office base near the territory; hybrid work arrangement is supported. Strong experience in sales management, account development, and ERP systems is required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5-7 years of sales management experience
- Strong experience in growth strategies, distribution channel management, account development, and business planning
- Proficiency with an ERP package (Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, etc.)
- Microsoft Suite knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
