Regional Sales Manager, Trauma and Extremities - Inland North, South Africa

Lead a regional sales team of 15–20 employees across Limpopo, Pretoria, and Northwest, setting clear goals and driving accountability for performance outcomes. Own regional revenue performance, managing a portfolio of approximately USD 7–10M and delivering against annual targets and growth plans. Develop and execute strategic sales plans, including forecasting, pipeline management, and territory optimization while building and maintaining key customer relationships with healthcare professionals and decision-makers. Drive cross-functional collaboration with marketing, operations, and other divisions to improve customer experience and commercial effectiveness. Monitor market trends and competitor activity, translating insights into actionable strategies and growth opportunities. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal processes, maintaining ethical and quality standards within the medical device environment. Lead performance management and talent development, including coaching, succession planning, and hiring to build a strong sales culture. This role requires 100% travel within the region and a valid driver's license.
