Job Summary
Regional Sales Manager responsible for driving revenue growth across an assigned multi-state territory in industrial and specialty door solutions, engaging end users, government/military, architects, engineers, contractors, and design-build firms to identify opportunities for equipment, service agreements, and modernization projects. Manages in-person and virtual sales calls, develops territory growth strategies, prepares proposals/pricing/service agreements, tracks activity in CRM, and travels ~75% to cover the Northeastern/Mid-Atlantic U.S. territory; emphasizes consultative sales, strong communication, and independent field-work capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience within industrial, aerospace, defense, or related markets
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required with relevant experience
- Familiarity with the buying processes and key stakeholders within the assigned territory
- Willingness to travel: 75% (Required)
