Job Summary
Regional Sales Manager responsible for managing all dealer and fleet activities related to TBR brands within assigned territory; lead sales efforts, provide support, and execute training and marketing programs to achieve established sales goals; maintain and strengthen relationships with existing commercial dealers and distributors while prospecting for new business opportunities; manage administrative tasks including pricing, order processing, advertising, warranty adjustments, and event coordination, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures; plan and allocate time in the field, participate in special events, trade shows, and product training; performance data entered into central database to support marketing analysis and track progress.
Required Qualifications
- BS or BA degree or 5 years of equivalent experience with a tire manufacturer
- TBR sales experience
- Existing and established customer base with dealers and/or fleets
- Excellent time management, personal communication, and MS Office skills
