Job Summary
The Regional Sales Manager for the SoCal region will be responsible for selling Torq’s no-code security automation product, driving business development through land, adopt, expand, and deepen sales opportunities, and executing against a territory coverage plan to meet quarterly revenue targets. Candidates should have 5-10 years of direct sales experience in security software, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and experience in the C-suite. Familiarity with complex enterprise sales and consultative techniques is essential.
Required Qualifications
- 5-10+ years of direct sales experience selling security software
- Measurable track record in new business development and over-achieving sales targets
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in selling complex enterprise security software solutions
- Strong executive presence and polish
- Excellent listening skills
- Experience with target account selling, solution selling, and/or consultative sales techniques
- Hunter mentality with solid Sales DNA e.g. CoM, Challenger and MEDDICC
