Regional Sales Manager, Strategic Accounts

Job Summary
Lead and manage a team of six high-performing sales professionals through coaching and mentorship, own regional pipeline management with revenue targets, forecasting, and reporting; oversee the full sales cycle including closing large and complex enterprise deals; manage a robust book of business with customer retention, expansion, and net-new logo acquisition; provide consultative sales leadership to customers and partners, including pricing strategies and negotiation guidance; drive ongoing development of team members and share best practices; build and strengthen long-term relationships with channel partners to grow SOTI’s regional presence and revenue; collaborate with internal teams to address customer challenges and accelerate deal success.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 7–10 years of enterprise software sales experience
- Minimum of 5 years in a sales leadership role
- Proven track record in hitting growth targets
- Experience selling SaaS solutions; familiarity with Enterprise Endpoint and Mobility Management (EMM) is a strong asset
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
- Strong negotiation and pricing guidance experience
- Channel partner relationship experience
