Job Summary
The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for sales of helicopter products within the Central-South US region, focusing on meeting sales volumes and profitability objectives. Candidates must have at least 5 years of MRO sales and aviation experience along with a bachelor's degree. Responsibilities include managing customer relationships, developing sales strategies, conducting presentations, maintaining CRM databases, and collaborating across teams. A valid passport is required.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in engine or airframe MRO sales
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Aviation MRO
- Minimum 5+ years of experience working with production processes
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related fields
- Valid passport required
Desired Qualifications
- Preferred MRO sales experience in the Central/US region
- Preferred hands-on experience supporting helicopter and/or turbine engine variants
- Preferred Technical certified training in aviation products such as A&P technician
- Preferred Helicopter sales experience
