Candidates must have at least 5 years of MRO sales and aviation experience along with a bachelor's degree. Responsibilities include managing customer relationships, developing sales strategies, conducting presentations, maintaining CRM databases, and collaborating across teams. A valid passport is required.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in engine or airframe MRO sales
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in Aviation MRO
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience working with production processes
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related fields
  • Valid passport required

Desired Qualifications

  • Preferred MRO sales experience in the Central/US region
  • Preferred hands-on experience supporting helicopter and/or turbine engine variants
  • Preferred Technical certified training in aviation products such as A&P technician
  • Preferred Helicopter sales experience
