Job Summary
Regional Sales Manager responsible for driving revenue growth within the assigned healthcare region, leading and developing the regional sales team, and executing commercial strategies across hospitals, distributors, and healthcare institutions. Responsibilities include achieving revenue targets, building strategic relationships with hospital decision-makers and KOLs, forecasting and pipeline management, CRM reporting, budgeting and pricing negotiations, and ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies. Requires 10-15 years in sales & marketing, experience in medical devices, multinational business environment, and a relevant bachelor’s degree; MBA or related advanced qualification is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in medicine/pharmacy & dental or Relevant field
- 10-15 Years in Sales & Marketing
- Experience in a multinational business environment
- Experience in Medical devices factories
- CRM proficiency and data-driven decision-making capability
- Strong knowledge of medical device sales cycles and hospital procurement processes
