Job Summary
Drive commercial growth of Kuros products in the Southwest region by achieving sales quotas through independent distributors and recruiting new orthopedic and neurosurgeons. Act as the primary contact for distributors and surgeons, fostering partnerships to expand market presence while serving as a consultative resource on bone biology. Identify and maintain relationships with hospital purchasing committees for RFP participation, manage distributor networks, and support field sales calls. Develop sustainable pipelines using CRM tools, provide sales forecasts to the Area Sales Director, and represent the company at key events. Maintain high organizational standards, ensure product delivery compliance, and track market trends to enhance revenue growth.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- Minimum 4-6 years of sales experience, with proven track record of success within fast-growing Commercial teams
- Must be able to work well independently and cooperatively as part of a team of professionals
- Quantifiable sales record (brag book) for sales related specializations (pharma or device)
- Previous working experience with CRM programs
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and adequate insurance coverage
- Up to 70% travel within territory
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds or more
