Regional Sales Manager - Southwest

Job Summary
Remote outside sales role targeting the Southwest (SoCal, NV, HI) with a focus on Commercial Construction. Build and manage relationships with architects/engineers, utilities, broadband/telecom, waterproofing contractors, and distributors. Drive revenue by managing the full sales funnel from prospecting to closing, delivering quotes and proposals, negotiating terms, and coordinating with the Sales Director. Provide technical and applications support, collaborate with plant personnel, marketing, and customer service, and attend customer meetings, industry conferences, and trade shows. Maintain CRM records, generate forecasts, and develop regional growth and penetration plans. Requires strong consultative selling, excellent communication and presentation skills, willingness to travel frequently (up to 50%), and a Bachelor’s degree (preferred) with 3-5 years of territory sales experience in commercial construction. Proficiency in CRM and Microsoft Office tools, plus the ability to work independently and build long-term customer relationships.
Required Qualifications

- 3-5 years of territory sales experience in Commercial Construction
- Experience with funnel management and proficiency in CRM software
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-directed, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong analytical and computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Travel up to 50%
