Regional Sales Manager - Southern California

Job Summary
Represent and sell A. M. Castle products within an assigned Southern California territory, identifying and developing opportunities with existing and prospective customers to increase market share and profitable sales. Service current accounts by negotiating pricing, service plans, and implementation details while demonstrating product capabilities through presentations and proposals. Partner cross-functionally with inside sales to develop joint account plans, arrange contract preparation, and utilize internal resources to solve customer needs and improve service levels. Provide timely reporting on account performance, participate in forecasting and market analysis, and manage inventory requirements to support customer sales and drive optimal profitability.
Required Qualifications
- Two to three years of related experience
- Two years direct outside account management sales experience
