Job Summary
Regional Sales Manager for the Southeast region responsible for leading the field sales team, developing regional business plans, recruiting and coaching District Managers and Sales Representatives, managing distributor relationships (including Lowe’s and Home Depot), driving sales pipeline, and coordinating budgets and incentives. Requires approximately 75% overnight travel, a 4-year degree, 10+ years of sales experience with demonstrated leadership, and a proven track record in key account management and people management. Base salary range $130,000-$150,000 with potential bonus and comprehensive benefits.
