Job Summary
Regional Sales Manager responsible for developing and executing sales strategies in the Southeast, cultivating customer relationships, and generating revenue across Elliott Aviation’s avionics, maintenance, paint, and interiors services. Manages full sales cycle from prospecting to close, maintains CRM data and pipeline, represents Elliott at trade shows and events, collaborates with internal teams on pricing, proposals, and schedules, travels frequently to customer accounts and industry events, and balances remote work with field sales in a high-visibility, commission-eligible role.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3–5+ years of business aviation sales experience
- Experience working with CRM tools and managing a sales pipeline
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Understanding of turbine aircraft maintenance and aviation service sales
- Working knowledge of avionics, interiors, and paint processes (sales perspective)
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage a region independently and meet sales goals
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Significant travel required throughout the Southeast region
