Job Summary
Regional Sales Manager South responsible for developing and executing the state sales plan to achieve revenue targets, expanding market share, and driving business growth through direct sales and collaboration with dealers, distributors, and surgeons. Drive regional profitability by monitoring gross margins and optimizing the margin index across products and channels. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing to deliver on strategic objectives, execute product launch strategies, perform comprehensive territory analysis, generate leads, and strengthen pipeline conversion. Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, deliver customer-centric solutions and successful negotiations to win business and enhance customer experience. Monitor market dynamics, identify competitive opportunities/risks, provide actionable customer insights, and develop sales strategies, dealer management plans, forecasting, and budgeting to meet annual targets. Lead, coach, and develop the sales team while ensuring operational excellence in inventory, billing, and compliance. Travel percentage 50%; posting notes full management of a team and field-based/remote/hybrid work options are described.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate/Post-graduate/MBA in any discipline
- 15 to 20 years of sales and marketing experience (preferred medical capital)
- minimum 5 to 7 years of people manager experience
- proven record in sales management, channel management and key account management
- strong product knowledge and ability to discuss concepts with top professionals and surgeons
