Job Summary
Regional Sales Manager South based in Bangalore, responsible for planning and executing sales activities to drive significant sales growth and market leadership for iCombi and iVario, in collaboration with the Sales Director. Build and expand a robust dealer/partner network, develop the Consultant/Designer network, manage customer relationships and CRM activity, prepare regional plans and forecasts, participate in regional/national trade shows, and travel as needed. Requires 3+ years of sales experience (experience in food service/culinary industries preferred), Associate/Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, strong communication, self-motivation, and ability to work independently and as part of a team. Travel up to 30% and hold a valid driver license; MS Office skills expected.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years of sales experience with proven track record of increased sales/revenue
- Associate/Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience; culinary degree or equivalent experience desired
- Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
- Self-starter, detail-oriented, enthusiastic, motivated and results-oriented
- Able to work independently and as a team player
- Ability to negotiate, leverage leads and close
- Willingness for overnight travel up to 30% of time
- Computer skills: MS Office
- Valid driver license
