Job Summary

Regional Sales Manager responsible for net-new revenue growth across TX, OK, NM, AR, MS, TN, LA, and AL. Hunter-focused role centered on new business acquisition, specification capture, and early engagement on long-cycle industrial and architectural projects. Owns the regional territory and drives high-volume discovery calls, site visits, and meetings to build a pipeline and influence architectural/design specifications (Basis of Design or sole-source). Conducts technical education events (Lunch-and-Learns, CEU sessions) to position solutions as industry standards, and collaborates with Estimators and PMs to move opportunities through the front end of the sales cycle. KPIs emphasize new revenue, pipeline size (4x quota), market expansion, and CRM data accuracy.

Required Qualifications

  • Hunter mentality with proven prospecting and closing of net-new business in industrial or architectural sectors
  • Ability to influence long-cycle projects at the design stage
  • Territory expertise in regional architectural and construction landscape
  • Technical proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce/SAP) and disciplined forecasting/data integrity
  • Strong relationship management across diverse stakeholders including C-suite developers and site-level PMs/Estimators
