Job Summary

Regional Sales Manager leads a team of Sales Directors within the DSP business, driving new business acquisition, account expansion, and overall regional revenue. The role emphasizes coaching and developing sellers, managing pipeline and forecast accuracy, implementing region-specific strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams (Client Success, Ad Operations, Media, Product, Marketing, Finance). The ideal candidate has 5+ years of sales leadership in digital advertising, AdTech, MarTech, agency, or related environments, with a proven ability to drive revenue and build high-performing teams using data-informed decision making and Salesforce analytics.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of sales leadership experience managing quota-carrying sales teams within digital advertising, AdTech, MarTech, agency, or related media environments
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth through both new business acquisition and account expansion strategies
  • Experience managing and developing teams of sellers while driving accountability, performance improvement, and consistent results
  • Strong forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue planning experience with demonstrated forecast accuracy
  • Deep understanding of digital advertising solutions, media sales, and the programmatic advertising ecosystem
  • Strong Salesforce CRM proficiency and experience leveraging sales data and KPIs to improve team performance
  • Demonstrated ability to coach underperforming sellers, develop top talent, and create a culture of accountability and growth
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across Client Success, Ad Operations, Media, Product, Marketing, and Finance teams
  • Highly organized, accountable, collaborative, adaptable, and coachable leadership style
  • Experience leading teams through change while maintaining engagement, performance, and execution
