Job Summary
The Regional Sales Manager will establish and maintain a strong sales presence in the assigned Security Sales Region, focusing on developing customer relationships to drive sales and growth. Key responsibilities include achieving sales goals, interacting with senior leaders and customers, delivering sales and technical training, preparing sales reports, and analyzing competitor activities. Candidates should possess strong communication skills, experience using CRM systems, and a proven ability to meet sales targets. A home base within the territory and existing relationships are advantageous. Candidates must be adaptable to a fast-paced environment and willing to travel approximately 70% of the time. The role includes a commission structure based on performance.
Required Qualifications
- 5 to 7 years sales experience in related channel sales management (distributors/dealers/national accounts) in the Residential or Commercial Intrusion Security space
- Demonstrated successful sales skills core competencies
- Track record of growing and acquiring new business
- Exceptional negotiation, motivational, relationship-building, and client service skills
