Job Summary
Regional Sales Manager (RSM) – Cloud Security overlay role focused on leading cloud security solution sales across Mumbai & Gurgaon. Drive pipeline and revenue for CNAPP, WAF, and Cloud Security solutions, partnering with account managers, pre-sales, and channel teams to build strategic account plans. Identify, create, and accelerate opportunities within enterprise and large accounts; position end-to-end Cloud Security across AWS, Azure, GCP, and hybrid environments. Engage with CISOs and security leaders to understand business challenges and tailor value propositions. Support deal strategy, pricing, and negotiations; collaborate with hyperscalers and partners to drive joint go-to-market initiatives. Deliver presentations and demos; track pipeline, forecast, and meet/exceed quarterly sales targets. Focus areas include CNAPP, WAF, cloud workload & application security, multi-cloud security; preferred background includes experience with Lacework or similar platforms; strong emphasis on pipeline generation, revenue attainment, and strategic account penetration.
Required Qualifications
- 8–12+ years of enterprise technology sales experience, with a focus on cybersecurity or cloud security
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and security architectures
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in a specialist or overlay role
- Experience selling CNAPP, CSPM, CWPP, WAF, or DevSecOps tools
- Ability to work in a matrix organization and influence cross-functional teams
- Strong customer engagement and executive communication skills
- Experience working with channel partners and hyperscalers is a plus
