Job Summary
Regional Sales Manager responsible for leading a sales team across a designated region, driving revenue and profitability, and implementing the Total Print Management objective through effective management of sales representatives. Develops annual business plans with the VP-Sales, recruits and trains sales staff, uses consultative selling to identify client needs, maintains accurate forecasting and reporting, and leads the creation of proposals and RFP responses. Builds multi-level relationships with accounts, expands opportunities, conducts high-level presentations, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful product/service adoption.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of sales management experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Proven ability to lead and develop sales teams
- Strong proposal development and presentation capabilities
- Experience with forecasting, budgeting, and reporting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to travel as required
- Knowledge of sales and account management principles
- Understanding of pricing and competitive activity
- Experience in B2B sales and consultative selling
