Job Summary
Own sales performance for assigned clinics and region by driving consistent execution of sales strategy, achieving regional revenue targets, and ensuring accountability to clinic-level goals. Conduct regular field visits and in-office coaching to observe performance, reinforce standards, provide real-time feedback, and ensure consistent execution of sales and service expectations. Develop Hearing Care Practitioner and Patient Care Coordinator performance through consultative selling training, objection handling, and front-office execution coaching. Identify underperformance, diagnose root causes, and initiate corrective action or formal performance management as needed. Participate in hiring and onboarding for regional roles by leading interviews for PCC candidates and supporting HCP interviews. Monitor KPIs including regional budgeted net sales, sales opportunity volume, close rates, and pipeline trends to prioritize coaching efforts and address risks. Escalate operational, personnel, or systemic issues to internal partners to ensure timely resolution. Manage day-to-day performance of HCPs and PCCs by setting clear expectations and ensuring adequate staffing and coverage.
