Regional Sales Manager – Remote (Southwest Territory)

Job Summary
Build and maintain strong relationships with agency partners throughout the Southwest territory to increase new business, strengthen retention, and support agency profitability. Serve as a trusted advisor by resolving challenges, identifying regional trends, monitoring competitors, and recommending improvements while educating partners on Olympus products and brand differentiators. Represent the company at agency visits, industry events, and association meetings, then partner with internal teams to share insights and sales data that drive product, underwriting, and marketing initiatives. Take ownership of regional sales objectives and contribute to overall sales goals. Be available to support the business outside normal hours during catastrophic events. This role requires daily field travel and reports to the Director of Sales.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3–5 years of insurance carrier or agency experience
- Previous sales, business development, or territory management experience
- Strong understanding of the property and casualty insurance industry
- Excellent relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills
- Experience with Salesforce and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- A self-motivated, customer-focused approach and a commitment to delivering exceptional service
- Daily Field Travel throughout the Southwest Counties
- Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM
- Exempt, Salaried
- Be available to support the business outside of normal hours during catastrophic events when needed
Desired Qualifications
- Florida 2-20 Property & Casualty License preferred
