Lead recruiting and onboarding of real estate agents, coach for production, and drive growth across assigned offices. Develop a recruiting engine, articulate the value of company tools and leadership, guide compliance with the Pennsylvania Real Estate Commission, track KPIs (net agent count, retention, adoption, market share), and collaborate with branch leadership to align recruiting, training, culture, and performance. Build top-talent retention and adoption of proprietary systems while modeling professionalism and a high-performance culture.
