Regional Sales Manager responsible for recruiting and developing real estate agents in Pennsylvania. Build recruiting engine, deliver a compelling value pitch to convert interest into signed affiliation, ensure smooth Pennsylvania Real Estate Commission onboarding, coach for production to improve listings, pendings, closings, and overall agent productivity, retain/top talent, drive tech adoption of the company’s tools, partner with branch leadership to align recruiting and performance goals, track and deliver on KPIs (net agent count, retention rate, adoption rate, market share growth), and foster a professional, high-performing culture aligned with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices The Preferred Realty brand.
