Job Summary
Regional Sales Manager – Massey Ferguson ANZ to lead sales performance and dealer network across a defined region. Drive sales volume, market share and margin, manage the full sales journey from Lead-to-Order through Order-to-Install, and collaborate with dealer partners to implement brand strategy. Build Area Action Plans, accurate sales forecasts and dealer business plans; lead on-site field engagement; coordinate product, systems and sales training; optimize inventory and stock placement; collaborate with Marketing and Sales to deliver campaigns, field days and customer events. Develop trusted relationships with key retail, government, council and corporate accounts; monitor competitor activity and market trends to provide data-driven insights; champion Farmer First through customer experience, employee engagement, and safety. Travel 51–75% with an average of three nights away per week. Required: High School Diploma or equivalent; 2–5 years of relevant sales/related experience. Proficiency with CRM/Salesforce and Microsoft Office; strong communication, coaching and stakeholder management skills.
