Job Summary
Regional Sales Manager opportunity to lead sales for low and high-pressure pumps across gasoline, diesel, and specialty fluids. Can reside anywhere in the US; remote with travel. Responsibilities include fostering a collaborative environment to drive sales growth and customer service, developing annual sales plans and forecasts to identify opportunities, educating customers and internal teams on products, competitors, and market trends, building strong relationships, handling orders, quotes, and inquiries, and partnering with internal teams to leverage customer insights for product development. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Fluid Dynamics preferred), 5+ years of sales experience in a specialized manufacturing environment, strong communication and presentation skills, excellent organization, proficiency with MS Office, and willingness to travel up to 50% domestically.
Required Qualifications

- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in a specialized manufacturing environment
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Proven ability to build and maintain successful client relationships
- Willingness to travel domestically up to 50% of the time
