Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of pharmaceutical Sales Leadership / District Manager or Regional Sales Manager experience
- Proven track record of driving sales via team
- Strong coaching and development abilities in sales and business acumen
- Ability to work with early-career or entry-level talent
- Willingness to travel extensively within region
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
