Job Summary
Regional Sales Manager leading a team of full-time and part-time Territory Sales Representatives in a high-growth pharmaceutical launch. Responsibilities include hands-on field leadership, coaching, developing talent, implementing territory strategy, using sales analytics to identify trends, driving execution, and maintaining regulatory compliance. Requires strong coaching, business acumen, and the ability to travel extensively to coach in the field and remotely. Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of pharmaceutical sales leadership experience are required. Opportunities include leading during a major U.S. product launch, car allowance/mileage reimbursement, and a comprehensive benefits package.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5+ years of pharmaceutical Sales Leadership / District Manager or Regional Sales Manager experience required
- Proven track record of successfully driving sales via your team
- Demonstrated strong coaching and development abilities with both sales skills and business acumen
- Ability to work effectively with early-career or entry-level talent
- Willingness to travel extensively within your region
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
