Job Summary
Lead, coach, and develop a team of full-time and part-time Territory Sales Representatives in a major U.S. product launch for Pivya®. This hands-on, in-the-field regional leadership role emphasizes coaching to build sales talent, reinforce a structured sales model, and drive territory ownership. You will spend significant time in the field providing real-time coaching and feedback, use sales analytics to identify trends, communicate field obstacles to home-office personnel, and ensure regulatory compliance while traveling extensively. The role focuses on developing high-potential individuals, instilling discipline, and leading from the front to achieve performance goals in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5+ years of pharmaceutical Sales Leadership / District Manager or Regional Sales Manager experience required
- Proven track record of driving sales via your team
- Strong coaching and development abilities with sales skills and business acumen
- Ability to work effectively with early-career or entry-level talent
- Willingness to travel extensively within your region
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
